You’ll be guided through a combination of breath, voice, and rhythm techniques before immersing in a full-hour 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝗵 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, where you can simply relax and allow the soothing vibrations to wash over you.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲'𝗹𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿:
• 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴? – A short introduction to how sound and vibration affect the mind and body.
• 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘅𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 – Learn simple breathwork techniques to calm the nervous system and reduce stress.
• 𝗕𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 – Gentle rhythmic exercises to bring focus, energy, and release tension.
• 𝗩𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗔𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 – Use sound and intention to shift energy and promote emotional well-being.
• 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝗵 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 – Lie back and relax as I take you on a sound journey with Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, guitar, lyre, handpan, voice, and frequency-based electronic music.
• 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗗𝗮𝗿𝗸 𝗖𝗵𝗼𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲 & 𝗠𝗼𝗼𝗻 𝗪𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 – To gently bring you back to the present after your experience.
