How to Practise:
1️⃣ Find a quiet space where you feel comfortable.
2️⃣ Take a few deep breaths, allowing your body to relax.
3️⃣ Follow along with my reel, letting the vibrations move through you.
4️⃣ After toning, sit in stillness for a moment—notice any shifts in your mind and body.
