Here’s how you can use sound to shift your energy and bring calm:
🔴 Vocal Toning with 369Hz
* Find a quiet space where you can be undisturbed.
* Take a deep breath in and hum gently, focusing on the vibration in your chest and lower body.
* Begin chanting “Krim” or “Lam” (the Root Chakra mantra) on a steady tone, allowing the sound to resonate through your body.
* Repeat for a few minutes, noticing the shift in your energy and emotional state.
🌬 Breathwork for Release
* Inhale deeply through your nose for 4 counts.
* Hold for 4 counts.
* Exhale on a low humming sound for 6-8 counts, allowing the vibration to soothe your nervous system.
* Repeat 5 times.
