Each event begins with a 'Sound Healing Teaching Session' where I’ll teach you breathwork techniques and self-sound healing practices. You’ll learn how to use these tools, alongside the collective energy of the group, to support your everyday life. After this, you’ll be guided into an immersive Sound Journey, where I’ll use a combination of my voice, Tibetan singing bowls, lyre, drums, guitar, and electronic compositions to facilitate your healing process. A sound bath is an immersive listening experience where you are enveloped in the deep, resonant tones of instruments like singing bowls, chimes, voice, and lyre. These soothing frequencies promote relaxation, ease mental distress, and enhance overall well-being. You can lie down or sit comfortably during the session, allowing the sounds to wash over you. Some events also allow for free movement at the back for those who prefer a more dynamic experience.
