Join Us for Our Weekly Sound Bath Sessions

Immerse yourself in the transformative world of sound with our weekly sound events, each uniquely tailored to guide you through different realms of relaxation and rejuvenation. A sound bath is an immersive listening experience where you are bathed in the deep, resonant tones of vibrating instruments like singing bowls, drums, and chimes. These soothing frequencies promote relaxation, ease mental distress, and enhance personal well-being.

What to Expect Each Week:

- Guided Sound Meditation: Begin your week with a focus on mindfulness through sound. These sessions incorporate spoken word to lead you gently into a state of deep relaxation, supported by a backdrop of harmonic sounds.

- Classic Sound Bath: Experience pure sonic bliss as you lie back and absorb the healing vibrations of a traditional sound bath. Each session explores different instruments and sound frequencies, providing a fresh, restorative experience every time.

- Music Journey: Venture into a narrative soundscape where music tells a story. From ambient tones to rhythmic pulses, these evenings are a musical exploration designed to transport you to different emotional and spiritual states.

- Chakra Tuning: Tailored to enhance your energy centers, these sessions use specific sounds that correspond to the body’s seven chakras. Engage in a sonic healing process that seeks to balance and energize your body’s vital centers.

Each week offers a new experience, inviting you to disconnect from the chaos of daily life and reconnect with your inner peace. Whether you are a first-timer or a seasoned meditator, our sound journeys are designed to cater to all who seek solace in sound. Come, relax, and renew with us in a shared moment of auditory healing.

What to Bring:

Yoga Mat, Blanket, Pillow, Water Bottle, Floor Chair, Comfortable Clothing

Health and Safety Disclaimer

Please note that while sound baths are generally safe and beneficial for most individuals, they may not be suitable for everyone. We advise against participation in sound baths or guided sound meditations under the following conditions:

- First Trimester of Pregnancy: Due to the lack of research on the effects of intense vibrations on early pregnancy, we recommend those in their first trimester to abstain from participating.

- Pacemaker or Other Medical Devices: The frequencies and vibrations produced during sound baths could potentially interfere with the functionality of pacemakers and other electronic medical devices.

- Severe Tinnitus or Epilepsy: Individuals with severe tinnitus may find the sounds uncomfortable or exacerbating their condition. Those with epilepsy or a history of seizures should consult with a healthcare provider, as certain frequencies can trigger seizures in susceptible individuals.

- Severe Mental Health Conditions: While sound baths can promote relaxation, individuals with severe mental health conditions should consult with their healthcare provider to ensure this practice is suitable for their specific needs.

I prioritise your health and well-being and ask that you consult with a healthcare provider if you have any concerns about how my sound bath sessions may affect an existing medical condition. Participation is at your own risk.
