These soothing frequencies promote relaxation, ease mental distress, and enhance personal well-being.

- First Trimester of Pregnancy: Due to the lack of research on the effects of intense vibrations on early pregnancy, we recommend those in their first trimester to abstain from participating.
- Pacemaker or Other Medical Devices: The frequencies and vibrations produced during sound baths could potentially interfere with the functionality of pacemakers and other electronic medical devices.
- Severe Tinnitus or Epilepsy: Individuals with severe tinnitus may find the sounds uncomfortable or exacerbating their condition. Those with epilepsy or a history of seizures should consult with a healthcare provider, as certain frequencies can trigger seizures in susceptible individuals.
